Our Services

What to Expect
We aim to make the therapy process clear, supportive, and easy to navigate. From your first appointment through to ongoing sessions, our focus is on understanding your child’s needs, setting meaningful goals together, and providing consistent, collaborative support.
The first steps include:

Step 1:
Intake Appointment
Your first session is a 1–1.5 hour intake appointment where we discuss your child’s strengths, challenges, and areas for support. This helps us get to know your family and determine the most appropriate assessment approach.
Step 2:
Assessment
Your occupational therapist will complete an assessment with your child to understand their current functional abilities across key developmental areas. The results guide the creation of therapy goals, developed collaboratively with you and your child.
Step 3:
Recommended Interventions
We begin ongoing therapy sessions tailored to your child’s needs, interests, and goals. Sessions are fun, engaging, and individualised. After each session, you’ll receive a brief update on progress along with ideas for supporting learning and development at home.
